Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

I was taken back promptly and assessed with excellence. I have to specifically give Medical Assistant Cindy her flowers. She was thorough and listened and left no stone unturned in addressing my concerns. It was evident I wasn’t feeling well and she was determined to unearth the cause to get me some relief. She could tell I was very upset and worried about how I would take care of my household now being sick myself. As a divorce mom of two boys one of whom has special needs, being sick is alarming for me. I appreciate she took a few moments to be present with me in my concerns and frustrations. She could have presented the diagnosis and protocols but she went above and beyond to be present with me in my concerns and frustrations. So grateful to have found a facility that speaks to the totality of the condition. Many thanks
